Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MRS: PDF Editor App ("the app", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

The app is free to download. Certain features ("Pro features") require a subscription. Current subscription options are:

• Weekly — $7.99 per week, automatically renews every week.
• Monthly — $9.99 per month, automatically renews every month.
• Yearly — $39.99 per year, automatically renews every year.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region, currency and applicable taxes. The final price and currency are displayed inside the app before you confirm a purchase.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.

4. Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or through the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you will continue to have Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and to respect the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the app to create, store or share content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• Interfere with the app's normal operation or security.

7. No Professional Advice

The app is a tool for scanning, editing and signing documents. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Always consult the appropriate professional for your specific situation.

8. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you create or import. We do not claim ownership of your content. Because your documents stay on your device, you are responsible for backing them up.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
